How do we help your computer systems?

What do we support?

We support both Microsoft and Apple networks – workstations and servers, including the servers our competitors don’t support such as Microsoft Exchange. We also have great experience of assisting with all makes of routers and firewalls – including content filtering and VPN connections for users and between offices.

We are also network specialists – we support your infrastructure and network switches and WiFi systems – we’ll make sure you have the cover you need for everything.

PC Workstations & Laptops

Using our remote-agent we pro-actively monitor your business' workstations to make sure they are performing correctly. System usage such as Processor, Memory and Disk space are checked every 15 seconds when the PC is online and this is reported back to our service desk. We work behind the scenes to make sure your computer is running optimally.

We support every version of Windows operating system from Windows XP through to Windows 10 and have experience of other core system products such as:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Sage
  • Quickbooks
  • Adobe Suite

Our support team are available from 8am – 6pm weekdays – out of hours support plans are available, please contact us for details.

Servers

With over 20 years of supporting servers, we can assist with every version from Windows Server 2000 through to Windows Server 2016 – including all Small Business Server (SBS) variants.

We offer complete cover for your systems, including, but not limited to:

  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Microsoft SQL
  • Office 365 Directory Synchronisation and Azure AD Connect

Virtual servers are not a problem – we cover both Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare ESXi virtual server architectures.

We support everything from single server solutions to advanced configurations featuring multiple Active Directory Domains and Forests.

Our monitoring systems run 24/7 on your servers to make sure they are running at their best – with server issues automatically assigned Critical Priority with a 1 hour meaningful response time. We typically monitor the following items on servers:

  • Processor, memory and disk usage
  • Hard disk health
  • Power supply health
  • System fans health

Any issues found are promptly reported to you and dealt with as quickly as possible - in most cases before they become a disruption to your business.
